90-Day Planning Workshop

for Business Owners

Did you know that 90% of businesses in the U.S. fail in 10 years or less? Of those that fail, 78% of them lack a solid plan that maps out where they are going or how they are going to get there. As small business owners, it can be difficult to find the time to plan, so I want to bring as many of us together as possible for a day of planning for the first quarter of 2025.

During this workshop, we will do the following:

Clarify the long-term vision and identify a clear direction for your business.
Conduct a self-assessment of your current business performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Define specific measurable goals for the next 90 days for your business.
Break down each goal into specific steps required to achieve it.
Identify potential challenges to achieving your goals and strategies to overcome them.
Outline who or what will keep you on track for achieving your goals.

At the end of this 6-hour workshop, you will have documented each of the above items in a workbook that becomes your tangible road map for your business for the first quarter of 2025 - thus setting you and your business up for success not only for the first quarter, but for all of 2025.
